Brian McCloy is a PGA professional, coach, and player development leader with a lifelong passion for the game of golf. A former high school and college golfer, Brian pursued professional golf early in his career while also joining the PGA of America at a young age.

Although life eventually led him away from the golf industry for a period of time, the game never left his heart. After years away, Brian rediscovered his true calling through teaching, mentoring, and developing players of all ages. That passion ultimately led him to found Swing Your Swing Academy, where he has built a culture centered around growth, competition, accountability, and a genuine love for the game.

Today, Brian serves as the Director of Instruction at The Resort Golf Club and Swing Your Swing Academy, where he has helped grow the game throughout Northwest Fort Worth and build one of the area’s most impactful player development programs. Known for his energy, leadership, and commitment to player development, Brian’s mission goes far beyond golf instruction. He is dedicated to helping athletes build confidence, character, discipline, and purpose both on and off the course.

His coaching philosophy is simple:
“Deposit in… Deposit out.”

Paige Martin is a PGA Class A Professional and currently one of the Head Golf Coaches at Southlake Carroll. Paige played collegiate golf at Southern Methodist University and Oklahoma City University, then coached for two years at Henderson State University. Since 2016, she has overseen the development of more than 330 student-athletes at Carroll, managing multiple teams, playing them in over 30 events each year, and hosting 5 events a year. The program has produced remarkable competitive success, including numerous district and regional championships, multiple state appearances, and several podium finishes. She has also helped over 50 players continue their careers at the collegiate level. Paige is a two-time NTHSGCA Coach of the Year (2018, 2023). As a player, Paige was a Two-time All-American, Academic All-American, a member of a national championship team, and an Oklahoma State Champion.

In addition to her coaching role, she is deeply involved in the broader golf community. She serves as a Tournament Director and Rules Official for the Texas Junior Golf Tour, ensuring high-quality competitive experiences for junior players. She has also held leadership positions as President of both the Texas Association of Golf Coaches and the North Texas High School Golf Coaches Association, where she has organized educational events and strengthened collaboration across the coaching community.
